Psalm 89:1-8 NKJV

1. I will sing of the mercies of the LORD forever, With my mouth will I make known Your faithfulness to all generations. NKJV

2. For I have said, "Mercy shall be built up forever; Your faithfulness You shall establish in the very heavens. NKJV

(Psalm 119:89,90 - Forever, O LORD, Your word is settled in heaven, Your faithfulness endures to all generations; You established the earth, and it abides.) NKJV

3. I have made a covenant with My chosen, I have sworn to My servant David: NKJV

(I Kings 8:16 - Since the day that I brought My people Israel out of Egypt, I have chosen no city from any tribe of Israel in which to build a house that My name might be there; but I chose David to be over My people Israel.) NKJV

4. 'Your seed I will establish forever, And build up Your throne to all generations.'" Selah. NKJV

(Isaiah 9:7 - of the increase of the government and peace There will be no end, Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever, The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.) NKJV

5. And the heavens will praise Your wonders, O LORD; Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the saints. NKJV

(Psalm 19:1 - The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.) NKJV

6. For who in the heavens can be compared to the LORD? Who among the sons of the mighty can be likened to the LORD? NKJV

(Psalm 13:5 - Who is like the LORD our God, Who dwells on high,) NKJV

7. God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, And to be held in reverence by all those around Him. NKJV

(Psalm 76:7,11 - You, Yourself are to be feared; And who may stand in Your presence When once You are angry?

Make vows to the LORD your God, and pay them; Let all who are around Him bring presents to Him who ought to be feared.) NKJV

8. O LORD God of hosts, Who is mighty like You, O LORD? Your faithfulness also surrounds You. NKJV
